There are many factors that must be considered when planning for adding employees or for filling vacant positions within the company. We have the experience and expertise to assist our Clients in considering such factors as compensation, education, experience, company culture match, soft and hard skills, as well as environmental elements such as competitors for the same labor pool, the current unemployment rate, and a viable pipeline of potential employees.

The Professional HR Consultant Will Work with the Client to Provide the Following:

  • A quality and compliant job description(s) (or update) for the open/new position(s)
  • A posting appropriate for sourcing the best candidates for the open position(s)
  • Placement and monitoring of the posting for the Help Wanted
  • Initial screenings of responses received from posting
  • Additional screenings as requested by the Client of selected candidates
  • Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers/panels for applicants
  • Conduct interviews as requested by the Client of selected candidates
  • Assist Client in the reasonable selection of the best candidates for the position(s)
  • Assist the client in making a verbal and written job offer to the final candidate
  • Conduct background and reference checks for the final candidate who accepts the Client’s offer

HR Concierges strictly charges an hourly fee for the performance of any and all of the services listed above, unlike a ‘headhunter,’ corporate recruiter, or staffing agency, which typically charges the Client a percentage of the selected candidates’ first year’s salary and benefits.
